CEA adopts 2026 legislative and regulatory policy platform

The Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) has approved a revised 2026 legislative and regulatory policy platform. The platform includes support for legislation and regulatory actions that continue to support Community Choice Aggregation programs, allow for CEA to develop and procure local energy generation resources, and promote a neutral, fair and competitive energy market. The resolution allows for Board Members and staff to pursue actions in a consistent manner. No major changes have been recommended for the policy platform compared to 2025.
