James Paul Gracey, a 20-year-old college student from the Chicago area, was reported missing after a night out in Barcelona where he was visiting. He was last seen March 17 at Shôko nightclub in Port Olímpic. The University of Alabama student is a member of the Theta Chi fraternity at the university and is described as a "gentle, responsible, and devoted son and brother". His family is urging the public to contact them if they have information that could help investigators locate him. The State Department is providing consular assistance to Americans abroad.
