YouTube’s mobile app finally lets you share timestamped videos

YouTube is making changes to its mobile app, allowing users to share videos from a specific timestamp, making it easier to point out a part of a video. This change will replace the Clips feature that allows users to create a shareable clip from a video, but will no longer be available for this purpose. The company also noted that third-party tools with advanced clipping features are now available for sharing.
