British Foreign Secretary, Yvette Cooper, has called for a toll-free shipping system in the Strait of Hormuz, which carries around a fifth of the world's oil and gas. This comes amid Iran's plans to charge fees for ships to pass through the strait. Cooper will also reiterate calls for Lebanon to be included in a two-week ceasefire between Iran and the U.S.
