Aliyah Henderson, a 28-year-old Cleveland mother, has been indicted on aggravated murder charges for the deaths of her two daughters, Amor Wilson, 10, and Mila Chatman, 8, who were half-sisters. Henderson is accused of burying the girls in suitcases near E. 162nd Street and Midland Avenue in Cleveland's South Collinwood neighborhood. A good Samaritan walking his dog discovered the suitcases after snow kept him from the area for some time. Private attorney Kevin Spellacy will represent Henderson in the criminal case. The public defender’s office will continue to represent the surviving child.
