Director Jorma Taccone and screenwriter Nick Kocher are working on a English-language remake of Tommy Wirkola's "The Trip" and retain the original's "Teeth". The film follows a romantic plot between Jason Segel and Lisa, who each arrives with a plan to murder each other. The team found the appeal of this project to do something different and to maintain the original’s tones. The film is set to be released by Independent Film Company on April 24.
