Pregnant Wife Saves Her ‘Fit and Healthy’ Husband, 39, After He Has Sudden Heart Attack: ‘I Thought I May Be a Widow’

Brandon Whitfield, a 39-year-old man from Charlotte, North Carolina, had a sudden heart attack about a year ago while he was eating carrot cake and watching hockey. His wife, Angela Whitfield who was 9 weeks pregnant at the time, saved his life by giving him CPR. He was taken to the hospital with a rare heart condition and had to be more mindful of his diet and cardiac therapy. Whitfield credits Angela's quick action to prevent heart disease from occurring.
