Out Of Town Ticket Brings Lottery Win For Windsor Resident

A Connecticut resident has won a five-figure sum after purchasing a Keno ticket. The winning ticket was purchased at Fas Mart #302 in Newington. Beginning October 1, the lottery will no longer publish the names of the winners. The winnings will be distributed through various channels.
