German space firm to attempt second rocket test flight on Thursday

German startup, Isar Aerospace, is set to attempt its second test flight of the Spectrum rocket, which has had to be delayed multiple times due to technical issues and a potential milestone for Europe's space industry. The launch will take place from the Andøya Spaceport in northern Norway at 2000 GMT. The second attempt will be broadcast live on YouTube.
