The BBC and NBCUniversal have named Expectation and Plegazoid as the winners of a tender for an upcoming unscripted show. The UK companies beat out several other British producers to win the tender. The pair will now move towards a non-TT pilot for both the BBC and the NBC version. This follows a trend of collaborative efforts between the two networks to find unscriptised hits. The BBC and Universal Television Alternative Studio, a division of Universal Studio Group, will co-produce the NBC-produced version of the show.
