The full bloom of the cherry blossoms have been celebrated at the State Capitol Mall in Salem, Oregon. The event includes music and dance performances, and at night, Oregon Parks & Recreation will host Yozakura, which will glow with lanterns each night from 6 p.m. to 10 p.M.
