Sinner stays hot to launch bid for 'Sunshine Double' in Miami

Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner is aiming to complete the "Sunshine Double" in the 2026 Miami Open, following his victory in Indian Wells. If he wins, he would become the first man since Roger Federer in 1999 to win two U.S. hard court tournaments in the same year. Sinner's opening match saw him beat Damir Dzumhur 6-3 6-2, marking his 12th consecutive set at a Masters 1000 tournament. He will next face Frenchman Corentin Moutet on Monday.
