Rain developing Sunday in the Baltimore area

The National Weather Service has issued a weather outlook for the Baltimore area, with rain expected to continue throughout the day. The weather will be gradually clearing up, but temperatures will gradually drop as temperatures rise. This will be colder as we head into early next week, with a FREEZE WATCH expected for the area by Monday night. The forecast includes a potential freeze watch by the end of the day and temperatures will drop to the mid-week. There will be some mild temperatures, but still be above freezing conditions until mid-November. There is also a potential for a cold snap by mid-December.
