The National Weather Service has issued a weather outlook for the Baltimore area, with rain expected to continue throughout the day. This will be colder as we head into early next week, with a FREEZE WATCH expected for the area by Monday night. The forecast includes a potential freeze watch by the end of the day and temperatures will drop to the mid-week. There will be some mild temperatures, but still be above freezing conditions until mid-November. There is also a potential for a cold snap by mid-December.
