Texas Tech wide receiver Caleb Douglas, a rising draft prospect and second-team All-Big 12 selection, is set to visit the Houston Texans in April for a local prospect day and has 30 visits with multiple NFL teams including the Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Rams, New Orleans Saints, and Los Angeles Chargers. Douglas, who ran the 40-yard dash in 4.39 seconds at the NFL scouting combine, caught 54 passes for 846 yards and seven touchdowns last season. He is expected to be targeted in the second round or third round of the NFL.
