Zoo Introduces Three Baby Spider Monkeys and They’re Already Turning Heads

The Hattiesburg Zoo has introduced three baby spider monkeys, Cider, Holly and Juniper, who have been slowly growing behind the scenes. The animals, which depend heavily on bonding, coordination and social learning, have been closely monitored and monitored by dedicated care teams to develop strength, confidence and skills for life. Their progress has been steady and supported, with their feeding gradually shifting to include solid foods alongside bottle feedings. The monkeys' progress reflects a balance of science, patience and daily hands-on care.
