The United States. The donation was made to the Caldwell Food Pantry by Kevin O'Toole and Thomas Scrivo, the Managing Partners of O'toole Scrievo, and Kenny Meka, the President of North American Eagle Construction. The council also expressed its gratitude for the donation.
