Broadcast Retirement Network's Jeffrey Snyder has discussed a single test to detect cancer and other diseases with UCLA's Jasmine Zhou, PhD. The test uses a massive scan test that profiles the macellation pattern of the cell-free DNA, which could tell us about all organs in our body. The technology has already been licensed to startup EarlyDX and is ready for commercialization. The issue of insurance coverage is still a mystery. The method is designed to detect diseases early enough to treat them, but it requires a large clinical trial and funding.
