Former Monmouth University president, Grey J. Dimenna, was killed in a motorcycle crash in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. He was thrown from his Harley-Davidson and died at the scene. Dimenn was a vice president and general counsel at Monmouth before retiring in July 2015. He also served on the board of directors for the university's Bruce Springsteen Center for American Music. The driver of the pickup truck suffered minor injuries.
