The lawsuit stemmed from social media posts where Annie Altman referred to alleged abuse without mentioning her brother's name. U.S. District Judge Zachary Bluestone stated that Annie Altmans cannot pursue sexual assault and sexual battery claims over her alleged brother's alleged abuse between 1997 and 2006 due to their expired claims in 2008.
