Jessica Hallstead, a Mesa mom of six, was hit by bullet fragments while out walking on Sunday evening. Police have arrested 23-year-old Sebastian Castro, who allegedly fired from the balcony of his home. Hallstead has been hospitalised with multiple bullet fragments and doctors have found one of them to injure an artery. Despite the trauma, Hallstead is thankful to be alive and feels blessed to have six children with whom they could have been harmed.
