The National Weather Service has a flood watch in place for most of northwest Oregon and southwest Washington, pushing some rivers to flood stage. A Flood Warning is now in effect for Johnson Creek at Sycamore, which is expected to reach 11.3 feet by late Thursday afternoon. The Wilson River at Tillamook is predicted to rise to 13.9 feet today and recede down to 8.2 feet Friday night. In the Cascades, the snow level has remained steady at around 3500 feet due to low temperatures. The heavy rainfall has contributed to the accumulation of 28 inches of snow in the last 24 hours.
