A duplex co-op apartment on the Upper East Side, located at 740 Park Ave., has sold for $38,000,000 according to city records. The apartment was purchased in 2019 for $20,500,000. It features approximately 7,500 square feet of interior space and five bedrooms. The buyer and seller are identified through shell companies.
