Five Euro 2028 tickets 'cost same as World Cup parking space'

Uefa has announced that it will freeze ticket prices for Euro 2028, allowing supporters to buy five tickets for the same price as a single World Cup parking space. The decision contrasts with Fifa's controversial pricing policy at the World Cup, which initially allocated 40% of tickets to the two most affordable "Fans First" categories. For example, for Euro 2024, the cheapest group stage tickets cost 30 euros and 60 euros respectively. The small number of VIP+ tickets will help fund this freeze.
