Man Arrested in Fresno Traffic Stop After Gun Found in Backpack

A traffic stop in Fresno led to the arrest of 36-year-old Randy Delgado Haro, who was identified as an active gang member. Haro was arrested on multiple felony charges, including being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm in public, and possessing prohibited ammunition. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop for expired vehicle registration.
