8 Philly Restaurants, Chefs Earn James Beard Award Nominations

Eight Philadelphia restaurants and chefs have been nominated for the prestigious James Beard Foundation culinary awards program. The awards recognise chefs, restaurateurs, food writers, critics and journalists. The winners will be announced at the Lyric Opera House in Chicago on June 15. This is the 36th year for the awards.
