Vance to headline two RNC fundraisers in Texas

The Republican National Committee (RNC) is hosting a fundraiser featuring Vice President Vance in Austin, Texas, with a $100,000 per couple buy-in price tag. The event, hosted by GOP mega-donor and Palantir co-founder Joe Lonsdale, signals the importance of tech funding to Vance in a potential 2028 presidential bid. Vance will also headline a fundraiser in Dallas and Nashville on March 30. Lonsdes, a managing partner of venture capital firm 8VC, helped establish America PAC, a super PAC aimed at supporting the Trump campaign.
