Marwan Khalaf, a 21-year-old man from Noblesville, is accused of raping a University of Indianapolis student on campus on Jan. 24. The student claims she was drugged at a bar and then raped in her dorm room. Khalaf allegedly bought her a shot and then left with her before she passed out. He allegedly took care of her and left when it became light outside because his mother was calling him.
