Shaqir O'Neal, a former football player, attended Sacramento State's senior night to support his son, Shaqir, during a game against the Idaho State Bengals. The game was held at Hornet Pavilion and marked the end of a seven-game losing streak for the team. The victory earned Sacramento State the 8-seed in the upcoming Big Sky Tournament.
