Berbere fish with roasted broccoli and potatoes

The recipe for this simple sheet-pan meal involves barramundi (or another firm white fish) being rubbed with berbere, a traditional Ethiopian and Eritrean spice mix with fenugreek and chile. Herby Parmesan potatoes and broccoli florets are also roasted alongside. Make sure to adjust the amount of berbre to suit your desired spice levels. Roast the fish with its marinade on one of the lined sheet pans for 15 minutes, until the fish is tender and flaky in the center and the marinades is no longer runny.
