Toyota (71919) is recalling 144,200 vehicles in the U.S. due to a rear view camera issue, which may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse, increasing the risk of a crash. The affected vehicles include certain 2022-2025 models, including those from the Lexus NX350, NX250, and NX350. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHT) will update the software or replace the rearview camera free.
