Good Samaritan, Arnett Johnson, found a 6-year-old boy wandering alone in Miami's Allapattah neighborhood late Wednesday night. The discovery led to the arrest of his mother, Annie Rivera, who was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in West Miami-Dade. Police responded to the scene shortly after and managed to track down the boy's family. The judge ordered Rivera to only have supervised contact with her son and attend a dependency hearing.
