Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden has served as an advisor for Adam Levine's team on The Voice season 29, marking his first time on the U.S. version of the hit reality competition show. Madden advised three thrilling Team Adam battles, which highlighted the high level of competition. This partnership was formed out of a 20-year friendship between Levine and Madden. Madden also mentioned that he and Levine were always supportive of each other and that their advice helps to maintain the coach-advisor dynamic. This summer, Good Charlotte will embark on a 16-city joint tour with Grammy-nominated heavy metal band Avenged Sevenfold.
