Sturm's comments came in response to questions about the team's physicality, which Boston ranks sixth in the NHL in total hits, while Buffalo ranks 21st in the same category. Despite these comments, Sabres head coach Lindy Ruff dismissed them as gamesmanship, maintaining that his team is confident in their ability to play a physical game. Despite this, Tanner Jeannot, who doled out 239 hits this season with eight majors, isn't concerned about how Buffalo might approach the game differently.
