The parent company of the pizza buffet chain Cici's Pizza has purchased the casual steakhouse brand Logan's Roadhouse from SPB Hospitality, adding the 125-unit steakhouse chain to its growing list of restaurant brands. The acquisition marks the latest ownership change for the restaurant chain, which has faced significant challenges since its inception in 1991 and filed for bankruptcy in 2016 and again in 2020. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
