A three-night pop-up series, "Make Food Not Waste," is being hosted by Mill, the food-recycling brand. The dinners will be held at Little City Farm in Los Angeles over three weeks in April, with a focus on low-waste cooking and creative reuse of ingredients. Each night will feature a New York chef partnering with an L.A. counterpart for a unique menu inspired by their respective produce-driven cooking styles. The series is designed to coincide with Earth Month. 100% of proceeds will go to LA Compost, which supports community composting efforts across the region.
