Truro City midfielder Ben Starkie returned to the field for the first time in seven months after suffering a serious hamstring injury. The 23-year-old Tanzania international came on at half-time in a 1-0 loss against Boston United. Despite initially being concerned about his performance, manager John Askey said he felt confident in his judgement and that Starkie appeared sharp in training and had a good attitude.
