Child airlifted to Birmingham hospital in critical condition after drowning call in Five Points

A child is in critical condition following a drowning incident in the Kitchens Mill / Five Points community, east of Moulton, Alabama. Firefighters from Speake Fire & Rescue District and Greg's Ambulance Service were dispatched within minutes of the incident. The child was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment and is receiving advanced medical care.
