The number of Oregon homes for sale in 2025, more than 35% of all households with homeowners association fees has increased, according to Realtor.com data. The median monthly fee rose to $111 from $98 in 2024 and $100 in 2019, and dues can even exceed $500. HOA fees are more common in the West and South, where condos, townhouses and newly built homes are more prevalent. The fees are used for maintenance and amenities such as pools and gyms.
