The City of Richmond has opened a business development course, "From Stable to Scalable, Powered by Fulton Bank," aimed at helping small businesses grow. The course will be taught by the Office of Minority Business Development and will operate for at least 18 months. The program aims to expand operations and establish long-term sustainability for small businesses. Participants will need to attend weekly weekly sessions beginning May 12 and ending June 23 to receive a certificate of completion.
