South Korea's National Tax Service (NTS) accidentally leaked a wallet seed phrase in a press release photo, leading to the loss of roughly 4 million Pre-Retogeum (PRTG) tokens worth around $4.8 million. The government is ordering a review of the status and management of all digital assets seized from delinquent taxpayers and will expedite security controls. This follows a similar incident in which the Gangnam police allegedly lost 22 BTC seized in a 2021 hacking case.
