Cocktail Kingdom Hospitality Group has partnered with world-class bartenders from Japan for an omakase cocktail experience on the Lower East Side. The bar, named Cocktail Omakase, trades sushi for spirits and allows guests to leave it all up to the mixologist instead of the chef. The team enlisted Yujiro "Kiyo" Kiyosaki and Kazuaki "Kazu" Nagao, the owners of Tokyo's bar, to carry the vision forward. The 12-seat counter serves as the centerpiece of the omakas experience, with chef Phillip Kirschen-Clark serving dishes such as soy-marinated jammy egg with tomato crumble and clams baked down with sake. New additions include shoji screens made by Miya Shoji, the oldest shoji screen maker in the US.
