71-Year-Old Man Who Went Missing May Have Early-Stage Dementia. Police Say He Has No Family Nearby

Clisby S. Jones Jr., a 71-year-old man who may be in early stages of dementia, has been missing since Friday, May 1. The last known location was the 1700 block of Woodcrest Road in Birmingham, Alabama, and he drives a white 2002 Chevrolet Equinox with license plate number 1C01BPA. Jones does not have any known relatives in the immediate area. The Alzheimer's Association warns that it is common for a person with dementia to wander or become lost or confused about their location, which can occur at any stage of the disease. The search continues for Jones.
