New UC basketball coach Jerrod Calhoun to be in Reds Opening Day Parade

New UC basketball coach, Jerrod Calhoun, will be part of the Reds Opening Day Parade to celebrate the return of baseball to Cincinnati. Calhoun was officially introduced as the Cincinnati Bearcats’ next men’s basketball coach on Wednesday and is returning to the school after graduating as a student manager under former coach Bob Bobuggins. The annual Findlay Market Opening Day parade will begin at 12 p.m. Former Cincinnati Reds closer and broadcaster Jeff Brantley will be Grand Marshal of the parade. Other guests include former professional baseball player Olivia Bricker and Miss Ohio USA Hannah Klein.
