Netflix CEOs Ted Sarandos, Greg Peters See Pay Packages Drop to About $53 Million Each

Netflix Co-CEO Ted Sarandos and Co-founder Greg Peters saw their pay packages decrease to $53.9 million in 2025, down from $62 million the previous year. The majority of Sarandandos' salary, $41.4 million, is from stock. His base salary has remained unchanged for the past three years. However, the difference between the two sets of payouts is a higher bonus, $12 million in 24 and $2.2 million in option awards.
