The Philipps Swim Club in Cincinnati, the oldest and largest pool in the region, is facing a financial crisis that could force it to close before its 100th anniversary. Club President Debbie Philips Kayse said the situation is dire and that the club has served generations of West Price Hill families for nearly a century. A rainy summer has reduced revenue, increased the cost of chlorine, and the facility needs critical roof and floor repairs. Members have launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise $12,000 to keep the club open. As of this report, approximately $4,000 has been raised.
