Former Turnstile guitarist Brady Ebert has been charged with attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault following an incident involving frontman Brendan Yates' father. According to police in Montgomery County, Maryland, Ebert allegedly struck 78-year-old William Yates with a vehicle during an argument at a residence in Silver Spring. The victim sustained serious injuries, including a broken leg, and was transported to hospital. Ebert left the scene without contacting emergency services or providing assistance. The band had previously cut ties with Ebert due to his behaviour, citing a "consistent pattern of harmful behaviour".
