NYC Alliance signs 11-year lease at 1441 Broadway in Midtown

The global player in branded and private-label apparel design and distribution, NYC Alliance, has signed an 11-year lease for 50,000 square feet at 1441 Broadway in Midtown. The company will relocate from 1411 Broadway to 1441,000. The rent is set at over $60 per square foot.
