World Cup Trophy Tour comes to Utah

The FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour has been held in Utah as part of a celebration of the World Cup coming to North America. Hundreds of fans gathered at America First Field in Sandy to see the trophy in person. The tour will make 75 stops in 150 days leading up to the start of the tournament. Real Salt Lake head coach Pablo Mastroeni was impressed by the experience, stating it was rare to be in the presence of the trophy. The tournament is set to begin in June and is expected to be followed by a World Cup in 2026.
