Former NASA astronaut Scott Altman attended the Las Vegas Science Technology Festival at West Charleston Library to speak and answer questions from curious kids. Altman, who also worked as an aerial stunt pilot in the movie "Top Gun," shared stories about his multi-faceted career, from learning how to fly and studying engineering to being a space shuttle commander and leading a mission to repair the Hubble Space Telescope.
