Paris Jackson has secured a significant victory in her ongoing legal battle against the executors of her late father's estate, Michael Jackson, John Branca and John McClain, over allegations that they made unauthorized bonus payments to their attorneys. The judge ruled that these payments cannot be made without the written consent of all beneficiaries or an order of the court. A total of $625,000 of these payments will be returned to the estate. The court also ordered Branca to pay Paris' attorney fees and set a schedule for the executators to file new accountings in their ongoing petition to approve estate attorneys' fees from 2019-2024.
